Delicious hand-crafted European-style preserves. Made in small batches. Most of the ingredients are grown on our family property in Oregon City , and when necessary, I buy from local growers at the Market. The fresh eggs used in the Lemon Curd are collected daily from our hens.My products include: Lemon Curd,Full-Of-Fruit Jams (including Wild Blackberry, Very Berry,Marionberry,Raspberry,Apricot,Quince and Peach) Chutneys (Tomato&Pepper,Apricot&Orange,Quince&Red Pepper)Radish Relish, Pestos (Basil,Cilantro and Mint)I also make the traditional Jewish pastries Rugelach, using my apricot preserve.
