produces uniquely flavored, individually designed and hand bottled Balsamic Vinegars. Each flavor holds a proprietary recipe and is made in small batches to ensure quality. We do carry a few olive oils to compliment, should a customer wish to pair flavors, but 98% of what we offer are exclusively balsamic vinegars. Our olive oils are from a well-established California grower and mill owner. Our prices for varying bottle sizes run $13.00 to $60.00. We are proud of our ability to enhance a plant based, whole food product like balsamic vinegar, with Organic fruit extracts that even Mother Nature believes are her own. Our balsamic vinegars are a perfect pairing for the produce, fruits, meats, breads and cheeses our neighboring vendors bring to market each week. We have found our products can nudge people into healthier eating habits. Long before it was a trend, Mediterranean people knew the wonders of eating fresh and flavorful produce.
